Guilty until proven innocent?
On the streetcar this eve on my way home from work. Got to the corner of Roncesvalles and Queen and there is a little convenience store. A cop car is driving towards the intersection and the streetcar. A kid, who looks to be about 10 or so, wearing a red and hoody and jeans sees the cop car with it's lights and sirens, raises both hands in the air, looks at the car, takes a couple steps to run away, realizes the car isn't chasing him, stops and starts hanging out by the side of the road again. Guilty or Innocent? I'm not even sure the kid knows that himself...
